What I wouldn’t give for just one more day of….

  • dressing up
  • sitting down to sweet tea parties
  • savoring long talks with your younger self
  • watching you help your mama bake while covered in flour
  • hearing that little girl giggle
  • listening to your sweet baby voice ask for the Tinkerbelle costume
  • feeling the softness of baby fine hair
  • glimpsing the light in your eyes when holding baby chicks
  • holding your chubby little hand in mine
  • longing for just a little more time…..
