  1. Ann Marie, I’ve spent the past few hours on your site amazed at how we have so many connections even though I’m old enough to be (almost) your mother. My passions are genealogy, writing and Christian endeavors. I’m a retired teacher, librarian and grandma. We share many connections with our French Canadian heritage and that’s how I found you… online searches for Filles a Marier and Filles du Roi and other habitants I love to research. I just now started following your blog and am very impressed with your Word Press layout – very visually appealing. Just wanted you to know you have another follower who is also kin.

    1. Hey Donna! Or should I say cousin?! I am so glad that you stopped by…so it seems we share more that DNA! I hope to retire from teaching within a year or two. I love to research my French Canadian roots. And thank you so much for your kind words.
