Nearly, two years ago, I started this family blog to preserve family memories and stories. It was a place to share family tales and histories. It was a way to present the information I discovered as I explored my family tree.

This month I had a milestone moment as my views crept to over 10,000 views! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think my site would generate this kind of traffic. It has been an exciting journey, for I have met fellow family historians and bloggers. Distant cousins have found my site through their detective work as they navigate the family tree. And others have connected as they share their personal stories.

This opportunity has provided direction, for I have revived my love for writing since I have shared narratives, histories, poetry, photography, and short stories. This site has given me a way to share my voice and my tales. So, I want to thank my friends, family, and followers for sharing this adventure with me.
