Helping her Reach Higher

She turned back to the rock face and simultaneously let go of the rope with both hands, just like she had lost consciousness, flung herself backwards and (my favorite part) screamed like she was falling to her death.

This week I have had some ups and downs as I have tried to settle into my summer routine. Today was the first time, I have checked on my blogs for weeks, and I had a wonderful surprise waiting for me. My blogging buddy, Gary A. Wilson, shared with me a remarkable event that took place in his early years. Once more I marveled at his adventurous nature and his kind heart.
